I moved to Juneau in 2005 and knew immediately I was making this my home. I love it here and can’t imagine living anywhere else! After being an office manager for years I was looking for something new and exciting, and had always been interested in real estate! It made sense as I love houses and people. I got my REALTOR®s license in 2006 and very soon realized this is what I was meant to do. I have worked with sellers, first time home buyers, repeat buyers, lenders on foreclosures, new construction, and relocations. I find each experience is unique and rewarding.
I don’t say that I sell houses; I develop a partnership with my clients helping them fulfill their dreams and take the next step in their lives.
I hold myself to the highest standards, always dealing honestly and ethically. I also believe in investing in my business through continuing education, which my clients directly benefit from. I hold the following designations: CRS - Council of Residential Specialist, which is the highest designation that is given for residential sales; ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative; SFR – Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification; SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist. I have served on the SE Alaska Board of Realtors for 6 years. In 2017 I was honored to be chosen as Realtor of the Year.
